The Chemo Buddy Club® Story. My sister Judi and her daughter (my niece Jan) are both
breast cancer survivors. Both had mastectomies, and Jan had chemo and radiation. Feeling
totally helpless when Jan was sick, I sent her a basket of individually wrapped gifts. She was to
open one gift after each chemo treatment. This gesture of love allowed me to feel part of her
healing journey and gave Jan something to look forward to after a treatment. And so, Chemo
